Information we collect

When you create an account, we store the account information needed to sign you in and operate the service. If you use Google sign-in, this may include your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.

We also store information you choose to enter or import, including portfolios, accounts, securities, transactions, dividend records, currency selections, and CSV import details.

When you successfully sign in, we record the IP address, approximate country, region and city supplied by our hosting provider, browser and operating system details, device type, and sign-in time. We use this access history to secure accounts, investigate misuse, and support users.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, and maintain your account and portfolio dashboard.
• Calculate dividend income, projections, and CAD or USD totals.
• Process brokerage CSV files that you choose to import.
• Diagnose errors, prevent misuse, and improve the service.
• Review account access, subscription status, and payment failures through restricted administrative tools.

Analytics and service providers

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage. Google may process device, browser, approximate location, and interaction information under its own privacy terms. We also use hosting, database, and authentication providers to run the service. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services.

Sharing and security

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that support the product, when required by law, or when needed to protect the service and its users. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

We retain account and portfolio information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, fraud-prevention, and operational purposes. This includes access logs and payment-support records. You may stop using Google sign-in or revoke the app’s Google access from your Google Account. You may request access to or deletion of your account data through the site operator.
